Introduction:
The Mothers And Marginalised Advocacy Centre (MAMA Centre) is presently implementing a targeted-led Project titled “Accountability for Empowerment (A4E)” with support from OXFAM-Voice Nigeria. The A4E is an advocacy Project designed by rightsholders in Udi LGA who desire assistance in the area of capacity strengthening to demand accountability from government on abandoned livelihood projects that would have improved their economic activities in Udi Local government area of Enugu state.
The Baseline study is one of the underlying activities of the target-led/Udi rightsholders project. It seeks to deep insight into accountability of abandoned livelihood projects that have the potential to impact rightsholders’ agricultural productivity, transportation and marketisation across major markets in Udi Local Government.
As part of the underlining activities under the project, MAMA Centre has the mandate to publish 800 units of the documented 36 pages Baseline Study to be disseminated to the stakeholders.
The Mothers And Marginalized Advocacy (MAMA) Centre was established and registered with the Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on 5th November 2014 with the registration number CAC/IT/NO73269 as a Non-Governmental, non-profit making, non-partisan organisation with primary mandate to engage government on legislative and policy advocacy to eliminate threats to socio-economic and political status of the marginalised groups and advance their socio-economic and political rights towards self-determination, self-reliance and self-sustenance in Nigeria.
Agreement:
This call for Expression of Interest is addressed to firms or vendors with reputable experience in the production and printing of reports and documents for policy advocacy and public awareness.
Interested firms or vendors must demonstrate full understanding and compliance with relevant financial manual, procurement guidelines, Policy for Safeguarding of Vulnerable Persons as well fraud and corruption prevention policy of the MAMA Centre as available on the website: www.mamacentre.org.ng.
Submission for Expression of Interest will be thoroughly scrutinised by procurement committee which has the mandate to disregard submission by a firm or vendor with questionable service or reputation.
Expected documents:
Interested firms or vendors should express their interest by submitting response to this call using the firm or vendor’s organization letterhead alongside the following:
- Cite reference code:
- Expression of Interest Letter detailing full understanding and readiness to comply to with aforementioned MAMA Centre policies and guidelines not more than a page;
- Demonstration of active organizational or business bank account;
- Certificate of Business Registration;
- Complete quotation detailing the prices for publication and delivery; and
- Tax Identification Certificate.
Selected firm or vendor by the procurement committee will be invited within 5 working days after the deadline to submit an invoice with the organization’s account details.
Payment conditions:
Please, be informed that payment will be made following the completion and delivery of the services. Also, note that MAMA Centre will not honour payment to private bank account.
